CC or send check! Couldn’t be eas­ier to brag about your big wins!

This is the last chance for the ABC issue!  This is the issue that we have avail­able for Nation­als week at the booth!  Dead­line is April 15!  We can not accept ads after this point!  Please sub­mit your ads as early as pos­si­ble to avoid the rush!  If you have a designer sub­mit­ting ads please have them con­tact me for FTP upload instruc­tions or have them use YOUSENDIT to sub­mit your ad.  If you are design­ing your own ad PLEASE review the instruc­tions found on this web site.  #1 prob­lem with adver­tiser sub­mit­ted ads is incor­rect siz­ing!   Thank you to every­one who has sub­mit­ted ads so far!

The ABC issue is almost upon us!  In an attempt to avoid a mas­sive rush this year, the Boxer Ring will be offer­ing dis­counts for those adver­tise­ments RECEIVED by April 1st!  All adver­tise­ments received by April 1st will be priced at $350 Color and $150 BW.  All ads received between April 1 and April 15 will be the stan­dard rate of $375 Color and $175 BW. No ads will be accepted after the April 15 dead­line! Reserve your space NOW!

Give our new sys­tem a try!  Log into your account details such as address, phone num­ber,  sub­scrip­tion type and EXPIRATION DATE!  Sim­ply go to “online mag­a­zine” on the main page and this will bring you up to the log in screen.  This is NOT just for online subscribers!

Online Ver­sion Nov/Dec 2010 is now UP! for Online view­ers please check it out!  But watch for updates, we will be imple­ment­ing a new login pro­gram soon!

Online sub­scribers!  We are still try­ing to imple­ment the secure server and logins for the mag­a­zine to be viewed online.  This has cre­ated a delay with regard to the lat­est issue and view­ing the past issues.  We still hope to have this sit­u­a­tion cor­rected shortly.  The lat­est issue will be uploaded shortly!

I know many of you are frus­trated regard­ing the deliv­ery time of the mag­a­zine.  I have done my very best to cre­ate the best mail­ing sit­u­a­tion I can.  See post below for details regard­ing mail­ing.  Just a note on tran­sit times :  Bulk Mail up to 30 days (we have even seen them arrive 45 days later), 1st class (sent pri­or­ity) 3–5 busi­ness days, Canada up to 30 days (we send these air­mail) and all other inter­na­tional mail­ings can take up to 30 days.  We try to send all inter­na­tional sub­scrip­tions via PRIORITY mail if your coun­try allows it.  We also send with full cus­toms forms to hope­fully get these items through faster.

Adver­tis­ers do receive 1 copy of the mag­a­zine per page of adver­tis­ing!  Adver­tis­ers copies are not “advanced” copies and are not mailed prior to the sub­scribers copies.  For those inter­ested, the bulk mail, 1st class and non-us sub­scribers are mailed via the print mail­ing house imme­di­ately after they are printed, bound, pack­aged and labeled.  This all occurs in Des Monies Iowa.  At this time, all remain­ing copies are mailed to me in Illi­nois where I pack­age up the adver­tis­ers copies and sin­gle issue orders.   Many of you see the actual print mag­a­zine BEFORE I do!!!!!
